- Get Out of Financial Jail: Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University is starting at CFBC and our own class members, Dale Hearn and Ken Thompson, are the facilitators. This exciting, fun, interactive 13-week video and discussion series is designed to teach families to get out of the prison of debt and stay out of debt.
- Go Directly to Jail: Have you ever wanted to go on a mission trip but couldn’t afford the time or expense? We have just the answer. On Friday and Saturday, October 5 & 6, a group from our church will partner with Bill Glass Champions for Life for an evangelistic mission to local jails and prisons.
- Know Your Class Members: Carol and Danny Way - Carol and Danny Way have been married for 23 years and have four children. Their oldest son, Dr. David Way, age 30, and wife Sharon are the parents of Carol and Danny’s first grandchildren (triplet girls), Sydney, Morgan, and Natalie. Danny and Carol have been attending CFBC since the fall of 1999. They joined the Shreve/Lanier Sunday School class in 2001 and have since made many dear friends. They have both served in the choir, praise team, and men’s and ladies’ bible study groups.
