- Picnic! Annual Lanier Class Picnic: The long-awaited Annual Class Picnic will be held Sunday, June 3rd at the home of Becky & Mark Lanier.
- Men’s Bible Study Group by Mike Moriarty: As I was listening to Pastor Fleming’s sermon “Getting Connected,” I further realized the importance, in my life, of my Saturday Morning Men’s Group. Seven years ago, I was nudged into joining this group….
- Know Your Class Members: Lilly and Alan Rigsby – Alan and Lilly Rigsby celebrated 28 years of marriage in April and have a 23-year-old son, Christopher, who is currently enrolled at Texas State University in San Marcos. Having moved from Austin to Houston 10 years ago, and joining CFBC at that time, Lilly went to work in the Children’s Department caring for and loving the babies of CFBC; one of those babies was Sarah Lanier. After 3 years working in the Children’s Department Lilly joined Alan in the Schreve/Lanier Sunday School class.
